Various components can be quickly replaced online and self-start without manual intervention. The fault-tolerant controller and I/O component controller use fault-tolerant technology that is more reliable than redundancy, ensuring every output is correct; control logic at the drive level can reside and run within the I/O components (FBM). This configuration ensures that when both fault-tolerant controllers fail simultaneously, the control algorithm residing in the FBM automatically switches to a hold state, placing the field actuators in a safe position. Most I/O component channels use A/D and D/A converters, all with single-channel transformer coupling and dual optoelectronic isolation, employing current-limiting circuits to prevent field short-circuit faults without fuses, improving system uptime. The power supply for the I/A Series system uses a decentralized redundant power supply layout, capable of accepting two separate 220Vac power sources. Due to the appropriate configuration, any failure of one AC power source will not affect the I/A Series system power supply; only when two power components belonging to different AC power sources fail simultaneously will it affect the power supply of one component in the I/A Series system. The redundant power supply method provides reliable assurance for system operation.
